INFORMATION ON THE NECESSITY OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE MEASURES TO PREVENT THE OCCURRENCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE CASES OF NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION

The Russian Hair Research Society pays special attention to a set of measures to limit the spread of the new coronavirus infection, namely: safety at the exhibition site and ensuring comfortable conditions for the guests of the event.

The Russian Hair Research Society notifies visitors (participants, speakers) that *:

  1. On the first day of attending the event, it is necessary to present a negative PCR test result at the registration desk.
    In the absence of a PCR test, you are not allowed to the congress. The test must be submitted no later than 3 days before the start of the event.

    Vaccination certificate, certificate of illness, level of AT in the blood - DO NOT REPLACE PCR TEST!
  2. It is FORBIDDEN to be in the building and in the premises where the event is taking place, without personal protective equipment for the respiratory organs (masks).
  3. Temperature measurements are arranged for our guests at the entrance to the event. If the temperatures above normal, we will be forced to ask the guest to leave the hall.
  4. If the guest feels unwell, we will have to ask him to leave the hall.
  5. Increased breaks between sessions and lectures.
  6. Signal strips and marks on the floor in the foyer on the observance of a distance of 1.5 meters were placed.
  7. The chairs, tables and other contact surfaces will be treated with disinfectants.
  8. There will be sanitizers on the territory of the congress.
  9. All participants, speakers and guests will be provided with respiratory protective equipment (masks).

The organizer of the event has the right not to admit the visitor (viewer, participant) to the event, as well as demand to leave the event, if the visitor (viewer, participant) does not fulfill the above requirements. In addition, the Organizer or another person has the right to call law enforcement agencies in view of the commission by a visitor (viewer, participant) of an administrative offense.
Colleagues, keep in mind that taking a biomaterial - a smear for COVID-19 in most laboratories is carried out by appointment, the average time to complete the test is about 1 day.
